Blazer defenseman Austin Madaisky will likely miss the remainder of the season after sufering a significant neck injury following a check into the boards in last night's game vs Chilliwack.
The hit from the Bruins Brandon Manning drew a major for boarding. The Blazers are saying it's likely "long term". It's expected they will issue a release Monday.
The news also isn't good for D Brandon Underwood. A knee injury sustained last night could sideline him for the regular season and possibly playoffs as well.
