One More Time....

The Blazers close off the first half of the season tonight in Prince George as they close off a two-game set against the Cougars.

I don't think there's a tougher way to lose than what happened last night. The game-winning goal coming with just 28 seconds to play to break a 2-2 tie. The game appeared headed for overtime. The Blazers are finding ways to lose right now.

A frustrated Guy Charron appeared on last night's post-game show but a night's sleep and a new day has changed his perspective somewhat. Today he talked about the fact they played a strong game, out chancing the Cougars 23-13. He felt Cougars G Ty Rimmer was a big part of the 3-2 win.

So we'll see what unfolds tonight. Often times these two game series are tough to sweep. The Cougars have yet to sweep a two-game set on home-ice for some time now.

After seven straight starts, G Jeff Bosch will back-up tonight. Cam Lanigan gets the call in goal for the Blazers.

A nice sunny day in PG... enjoy the rest of Saturday. Talk to you tonight....

Jon
