The Kamloops Blazers added 20 year-old Shayne Neigum today in the 20 year-old cut-down draft.
Neigum is a player I know well and will add grit to the Blazers up-front. He's a hard-nosed kid who has a little scoring touch. The Kindersly, SK native is first cousins with Columbus Blue Jackets F Derek Dorsett and the two play with a similar edge.
Neigum was released today by the Chilliwack Bruins to get down to the mandated three 20 year-olds.
